Chris Russo our owner has been in the travel industry for 19 years and most recently was elected to the board of directors for the American Society of Travel Agents.
Victoria has been in the tourism industry for over eleven years and a Travel Agent for seven years. She obtained a bachelor degree in Leisure Studies/Tourism Management from the University of Illinois and has worked in the industry in such places as Walt Disney World (as Pluto himself!) and at Lover's Key State Park in Fort Myers, Florida. While working as a Travel Consultant she has traveled to the Hawaiian Islands, Australia, New Zealand, Costa Rica, Mexico, the Caribbean Islands and the Disney Destinations as well. She enjoys creating memorable vacations for families, couples and groups of friends.
Emily was instilled with the love of travel when just a baby-when her maternal grandparents took her to their birthplace, the Hawaiian Islands! After dipping her toes in the ocean she knew she must be involved with travel! She grew up in Illinois but her home away from home became the Colorado Rockies after graduating from the University of Iowa. Emily has worked in the travel industry for four years and specializes in Honeymoons and Destination Weddings. This does not limit her to only assisting with young couples. She loves to help families, singles, and groups find the special experience that will create everlasting memories. Emily loves to travel to Mexico, Hawaii, and sailing the Caribbean islands to familiarize herself with resorts and the area which ensures you are getting first hand feedback on the experiences! She especially enjoys getting to know her clients’ wants, needs, and expectations of a vacation so she can make suggestions and give directions to send them on their dream vacation. After all, each traveler’s dream vacation is different and she would love to help you plan your perfect escape!

Why I love being a travel agent: I love helping people in planning their dream vacations. Here is why: "Every time we decide it’s time to take a vacation, the first call we make is to Samira at Travel Partners. She has helped us plan several vacations over the years. Some of our destinations include Hawaii, Aruba, Cancun, Riviera Maya, and Vegas. We are a little picky when we travel, we like to have the very best and be well informed about all the aspects of our trip, and Samira always comes through for us. She takes the time to give us all the options available, including which destination would be best, which hotel, the differences in the prices, flight options, travel insurance information, etc. She puts in a lot of work before we make our final decision. If we have a question that she cannot answer, she makes a call to her contacts and finds out every detail that we want to know. Also, if I call the office and Samira is not there, the other agents know who I am and how to help me. I feel I get very personalized service from Samira and Travel Partners. Favorite destinations: Prague is one of my favorite destinations. The city is incredibly beautiful and has so much history. To see it is truly amazing!
About my recent vacation: I recently returned from France where I also had the opportunity to go to Geneva Switzerland for a day..Since I was little, I have always wanted to go to Switzerland. We took a city tour, ate lunch in a small restaraunt bustling with locals, and went to a chocolate shoppe.
Lisa has been involved in the travel industry for over 20 years and has a wealth of travel experience. She frequently visits Mexico and Las Vegas and most recently completed her France Destination Specialist Certification.
